Fees

Personal Coaching and Executive Coaching:

 

Individual coaching consultancy is £110 per hour plus expenses eg if travel is required.

​

Executive coaching consultancy is from £130 per hour plus expenses.

Supervision:

 

Individual supervision - from £60 per hour.

​

Group supervision - if you have a colleague and would like group supervision, please contact me.

Counselling and CBT:

 

Individual counselling is £60.00 per session

 

CBT is £70.00 per session. 

  

Couple's counselling is £80.00 per session.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing):

​

The initial assessment may take up to 1.5 hours and the fee for this is £95. Ongoing treatment is £75 per session.
